NEW KEYBOARD Guaranteed to be compatible with Android 3.1 (Honeycomb) - By GSAstore(TM) (Tablet NOT Included) (Electronics) The case will definitely protect your tablet from scratches and it is more stylish than others I've seen. It seems there were issues with the early models from June 2011 which have been resolved. None of the ports are blocked by the case except the docking port. The side ports are all accessible without restriction. To access the top microSDHC slot, we need to slide the tablet out about an inch or so. Not a big deal. The volume rocker and portrait/landscape lock is easily accessed too. The back-facing 5mpix camera cannot be used while in the case. There is no hole for the flash or camera to use. The front-facing camera meant for video chats will work well. The tablet is held at 4 points in place. You slide it in. The top doesn't have a clip to hold it, so over time it could slide out the top. The bottom two clips do not tightly hold the tablet. Those are just to stop if from going further. NEW KEYBOARD Guaranteed to be compatible with Android 3.1 (Honeycomb) - By GSAstore(TM) (Tablet NOT Included) (Electronics) I saw the bad reviews and the newer comments about the new version working with the tablet and decided to take the risk. It did come quickly, and it works well. My biggest complaint is that there isn't a clip on the top. The case relies on the magnetic close on the strap to hold the tablet in that direction. It holds, but not as securely as I would like. I would have preferred a clip - but I'll just be careful. The comma and period buttons are smaller than the rest of the keys, but it is a compact keyboard and not a full size one. I don't know what I hoped would happen when I pushed the Windows key, but nothing did. I guess I could plug the thing into my normal computer and use it that way. All in all definitely worth it. |
