The case is very nice, professional looking and the straps hold the tablet snug. The straps do block the power button and power charge port, but I do not see this as a problem. You can still press the power button through the strap without any problems, and you can plug the charger in by sliding the straps over a tad bit. I dont think its real leather, but vinyl, but definitely feels nice. This is half the price of the OEM case but looks better, feels better, and protects better. It lacks a proper tablet stand, and covers the camera, but that's OK with me. I also recommend the Arkon fold-up tablet stand to go with this. Looks to me like a generic tab holder that was advertized on Amazon as specific for the Acer a500. Strap covers the power button and charging port. No hole for the backside camera. The magnetic clasp is pathetically weak. Elastic straps meant to hold the tab in place slip off easily. I also have owned the Acer OEM case & I prefer this one. This case was NOT designed for the Iconia but it fits & I was looking for a tablet case that allow me to cary my other items: papers, cards, ID, etc. This case has two fixed corner tabs and two flex corner tabs. Yes, one of the straps covers the on/off switch but I have the flexable tab positioned over the on/off switch. I have no issues w/ turning it on. I am required to remove the Iconia to charge it but I charge it at the end of the day so its not an issue for me. Other reviewers complained about: The materials - its synthetic. $10 won't buy a leather case with pockets. The magnetic clasp - mine stays closed & is is not weak. Snug Fit - This case was designed for the Kindle DX. I don't think that the fit is too snug. I don't want a loose fit where it can slide around.
