If you are trying to be detailed this is not the stylus for you. The large round head instead of a point skips as u move it across the screen and its hard to pick up and restart at the same location because of the size of the tip. I have pretty fat fingers, so on my Acer Iconia tablet, it's great for tapping small links. The tip is about the size of a pencil eraser, but is very soft and cushiony so there's no fear of it damaging the screen. I like that it has a plastic faux 1/8" plug that fits into the headphone jack - that way I always know right where it is.
